Features

Everything an ops team needs.
Nothing an executive demanded.

parsecDCIM is built around six interconnected surfaces — each one a real product screen, embedded below. Click anywhere inside a frame to try it.

01 / 06 Monitoring

Telemetry that stays out of the way until it doesn't.

Native pollers — Redfish, IPMI 2.0, SNMP v3, Modbus TCP, sFlow — feed one timeline per asset. Adaptive baselines, learned over a 14-day window, keep noisy alerts off the radio. 14ms median poll, 5-second rollups, 30-day high-res retention. Every alert opens a ticket pre-bound to the rack, U, port and PDU outlet.

02 / 06 Ticketing

The ticket already knows where it lives.

Every ticket carries the asset, the rack, the U, the PDU outlet and the patch panel. Six native queues — smart-hands, install, decom, IMAC, audit, crossconnect. Your tech sees what to touch; your auditor sees what was touched. SLAs, escalation, vendor handoff, photo evidence — built in, not bolted on.

03 / 06 Server bay & room

The floor plan is the interface.

Plan capacity by drawing it. Every U, port and PDU outlet is a real object that conflicts, draws power and weighs something. Switch between the room-level layout and a single bay's elevation without losing context — the model is the same all the way down. Walk the floor in the browser before you walk it in person.

04 / 06 Asset inventory

One schema for everything that has weight.

Devices, ports, outlets, cables, racks, rooms and halls modeled with the same vocabulary. Every SKU carries dimensions, draw, weight and ports. Migrate, audit, decom and reorganize without losing history — every state change is stamped, attributable and queryable.

05 / 06 Alerts & wallboard

One console for the on-call, one screen for the room.

A keyboard-first alert triage surface for the engineer carrying the pager, and a NOC-ready wallboard for the wall behind them. Both are bound to the same event stream — what the on-call closes, the wallboard reflects, in the same second.

Speaks to the rest of your stack out of the box.

Identity, paging, ticketing systems, metric stores. parsecDCIM doesn't try to replace your incident tooling — it gives it ground truth.
